We introduce the latest designing system for weather strip. And we explain the outline of design engineering for which we made full use of sealing design and CAD/CAM engineering. We introduce: CAE analysis, which conducts the simulation by computer; sound analysis for pursuing the ideal sound environment for cars; and the study on visco-elasticity characteristics (i.e. rheology) which makes the best use of the properties of rubber. We introduce: sponge rubber, which has been the company’s flagship product since the foundation of the company; high soft sponge, which is softer than general sponge rubber; and sponge foaming rubber, “Green coat” and plastics all of which are related to the environmental issues.

We explain: the extrusion technology, which supports the optimum sealing function; development of labor-saving devices; factory automation (FA), which materializes the reliable mixing process and supply of products; and the production system which can cope with the changes in the production condition or requirement. This new method of process and engineering enables to improve the molding of material by using very fine cells foaming piece technique. Supercritical fluid (SCF) injection foaming, an environmentally-friendly technique, is introduced. We are developing the functional molecules, which are useful for our living and medical field ,through the extraction of information copy on substance DNA which carries the genetic information and the utilization of the mechanism of such gene.

We introduce the development of anti-allergic foodstuffs using native polysaccharides such as glucomannan and the forefront technology in utilizing industrial material such as polylactic acid (PLA)which attracts public attention today. Through the cooperation among the industry, government offices and academic societies as well as the cooperation among the different trades, we aim at materializing the development of various products which are useful for our daily living towards the future by developing innovative and various approach and increased speed of technology development. We introduce the NPS style production line, which is consisted of: receiving raw material; mixing process; extrusion process; finishing process; and through to shipping.
