Through the promotion of NPS activities, Nishikawa develops the line and manpower which can cope with the changes in the production conditions


“NPS” is the abbreviation of Nishikawa Production System. We base our principle on “making products means developing people’s talent”, and practicing all-in human resource development, with the “Just in Time” and “Automation with human intelligence (Jidoka)” as the core program, while aiming at the promotion of production system in which we should supply our customers with quality products for the volume as required at the time of need at the competitive cost.

NPS circle



For the purpose of resolving problems in the work place, we carry on circle activities where everyone participates in order to realize quality improvement and cost-reduction with the safety first as priority. These activities develop both of the problem-finding capability and problem-solving capability of us to make the job site more robust.
