Material engineering
In the area of rubber seal production, “Turning-to-the-use of plastic” is becoming mainstream today from the viewpoint of environmental issues. We are not the exception, and to meet the ever-increasing goal of environmental protection, we are using thermoplastic elastomer in our products.
Thermoplastic elastomer has elasticity similar to rubber at room temperature and has the property of melting under high temperature.
This approach facilitates material recycling, contributes to saving resources and reduction of carbon dioxide.
Each different type of seal has specific performance requirements, and we see through each property of “rubber” and “plastic”, respectively, and carrying on the seal designing and production while making the full use of their properties.
